A person reads every message. Here's how to reach us, and what helps us answer quickly.
Help with LuniNote or the move
Write to support@luninote.com. It helps to tell us:
- what you were doing, and what you expected to happen;
- the browser you use (Chrome, Edge or Brave);
- for an import or a move, roughly how many notes it had, and the line of the report that looks wrong.
Please don't send us your password, or the notes themselves unless we ask. If we need to look at a note to fix a problem, we'll ask first.
Your data
To see, correct, delete or receive your data, write to support@luninote.com. We answer within a month. Theprivacy policy explains what we keep and why. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
A security problem
Write to support@luninote.com and tell us what you found. Please don't test it further, and don't look at anyone else's notes. More on the security page.
